## Safe operating principles

1. Read the details and history before changing a status or financial value.
2. Check active filters before exporting CSV files.
3. Use demo data when capturing documentation screenshots.
4. Never share passwords, recovery codes, bank account numbers, identity documents, addresses, or customer health data.
5. Use the **Asia/Jakarta** time zone for all operational coordination.
